Outlook 2010 is deleting signature when selecting "From" address button

In Outlook 2010, occasionally when a user clicks the From field to "send as" the default e-mail signature dissapears from the body of the e-mail. This didn't appear to happen when users were on Windows XP using Outlook 2007, they have been recently upgraded to Windows 7 using Outlook 2010. Anyone seen this issue? I tried fixing the registry values of "default" and "localserver32" in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\LocalServer32
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\LocalServer32

The LocalServer32 key had a value of 1^V8!!!!!!!!PZKSkOUTLOOKFiles>tF{~$3Q]c@qPX6MxaTO5 (or something like that). Changed it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\Outlook.exe

I also rebuilding the users OST file, neither seemed to work.

Any Ideas???

Different sender corresponds to different signature configuration, we need to set them respectively. See picture below:

Thanks.

Tony, the way we are doing this is from the "From" field as these e-mail addresses are not user e-mail accounts but public folders that are mail enabled. So the user doesn't have multiple shared e-mail accounts within Outlook.

So, here is the process:

So we reply to a e-mail or compose a new e-mail the "New message" signature or "Reply/Forwards" signature appears:

then we change the "From:" to a different e-mail address(public folder mail enabled e-mail address)

and bam! the e-mail signature is now gone.

I can replicate this everytime on my workstation. Using Outlook 2010 version 14.0.6129.5000 (32-bit)

Know of anything else that might be causing this to happen?

Well, Change the "From" address to a Mail-enabled user would also clear the signature. This is by design. If we have no choice to set the seperated signature in signature options, we need to install some 3rd party signature management add-in to achieve that.

But then how is that I can compose a new e-mail with a default "New Message" signature and change the "From" address I do not loose my e-mail signature when switching to different mail-enabled public folders? If, it's account based shouldn't this also clear my signature field when switching the "From" address when composing a new e-mail?

Is this something that started in Outlook 2010? Was this also the case in Outlook 2007?

Again, if I compose a new e-mail with my default signature in place and change the "From" address my default signature stays and doesn't change, this is only occuring when I attempt to do a reply on my workstation.

If this was a user / public folder seperate signature issue why is it not happening when composing new messages?

If the concept of switching "From" address is like switching e-mail account so the signature setting would change with it, but this is a mail enabled public folder, so where is the setting for a default signature for "New Mail Messages" or "Reply/Forward Mail Messages"?
